Elizabeth and Cole created the most perfectly unique day and I was thrilled that they asked me to come onboard to capture it! They had everything from a first look in an old arcade, a champagne toast following their "i do's", the most beautiful charcuterie board, a caricature artist, the world's most epic dance party, and to top it all off, a grand exit where they were escorted by an actual marching band. E + C, you win. I hope you all enjoy scrolling through this colorful day as much as I enjoyed photographing it! Cheers! Michele
Paige and Brandon said "I do" overlooking the Spokane valley with the sun peaking in and out from behind the clouds. Every little detail was so well thought out and their excitement could be felt by everyone thoughout the day. Cheers to you, Paige and Brandon! Thanks for letting me come along and experience the joy! XOXO
Hearts of gold, these two. I may be biased considering Hayley is one of my roommates and Brian is a close friend, BUT STILL. I was pumped to be able to shoot their snowy engagement photos! We had the most fun falling (several times) into the surprisingly deep snow, they were the best sports about everything that came our way. I cannot wait to party at their wedding this Spring! Love you guys, xoxo
When I first started talking to Madison and Travis about their wedding the first thing they said to me was "we just really want to have an amazing dinner and an epic dance party with all the people we love." Needless to say I was hooked. The whole day was filled with so much laughter and everyone was thrilled to be celebrating this wonderful pair; what more could you really want?! Madison and Travis, you win the wedding game. Thanks for bringing me on board! All hail these gorgeous humans, inside and out!
Rachel and Gabriel love those around them so well and their wedding day was a beautiful extension of their joy and deep love for each other. I am so glad they chose to include me in their day, capturing it will be a major highlight during this season of weddings. I will forever sing the praises of this stunning couple! Cheers to Rachel and Gabriel!
Easily one of my favorite weddings of this past year. Such a beautiful couple inside and out, and not to mention this amazing venue! The Fig House in Los Angeles was such a beautiful, colorful, and intimate location for a wedding. I'm so glad Meghan Klein asked me to come along as her second shooter! The whole day was a party and it makes me so excited for this upcoming season of weddings! Cheers to Carissa and Gustavo!
Madison and Travis (and their ADORABLE french bulldog) were a dream to shoot. We spent our time roaming around Venice Beach with absolutely no agenda as to where we would end up next. My favorite shoots are always the unplanned, spontaneous, see where the day takes us kind of shoots, and I'm so thrilled that Madison and Travis were up for that kind of day. Needless to say, I'm pumped for their wedding this summer. Cheers to this dreamboat couple!
Living in LA means I have 2 seasons: summer and slightly colder summer, and that's why I am so glad I could make it out to Seattle for this engagement shoot. Nothing is more magical than Seattle in the Fall! Add Deandra and Pat to that and it becomes an explosion of colorful leaves and heart sparkles. I had the best time braving the rain with these two and I am beyond excited to be apart of their wedding this summer!
This engagement shoot had everything: an adorable puppy, eclectic downtown LA, a swanky bar, rooftop views, a sunset, and a KILLER couple. Alicia and Tom were the dream couple for this day, we had such a blast running around downtown together. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
Matt and Ashley's wedding day was filled with so much joy and laughter, it was a privilege to be apart of it all. Cheers to the Griffin's!
MY BEST FRIENDS ARE GETTING MARRIED. IN JUST THREE WEEKS. I love when I get to photograph couples that are so close to my heart. I could not be more thrilled for them, and I can't wait for their big day on August 15th!! In the mean time, join me in drooling over our perfect evening at Griffith Park.
We celebrated little Rosie's birthday today! Birthday's are a very special thing in this home because these girls have never been celebrated until now. So, not only was today Rosie's birthday, but it was the first time anyone has taken a whole day just to celebrate the wonderfully wacky kid that she is! On each of the girl's birthdays Natalie gives them a brand new dress to open complete with matching jewelry, takes them to the gold shop so they can pick out traditional ankle bracelets (Indian's love their bling), and then tops the day off with a trip to the ice cream parlor. I'm so glad I was able to be apart of today's festivities, and that I was able to witness what an amazing job my friend has done to make sure these girls know they are special and loved. Three cheers for Rosie! You are a bright light, my dear.
Nat and I jumped on a plane this weekend and headed for Mumbai! The city of Mumbai is the most populated city in India, I had never seen anything like it. The whole trip was a constant fight between wanting to soak everything in and snapping as many pictures as possible. I only wish I could have fully conveyed the sounds, colors, and smells of this energetic city.
Before the temperature reached its high of 109 degrees for the day we headed up to the roof and enjoyed the cool and comfortable 99 degree morning. We started in with the sidewalk chalk and it only got better from there...
Today was the first time (of many) I brought out my camera and, oh man, these girls know how to ham it up! Never have I had such willing subjects to photograph. I am falling so hard for this goofy gang, they know how to steal hearts and take names.
